Mosaic Pathways is a collaborative authentic homeschool learning center honoring the needs of each individual through a self-directed supportive education model. Our approach is one that recognizes the whole child, focusing on social and emotional learning as the necessary foundation for education. We are committed to teaching spirited, independently-minded, and diverse children through open hearts, compassion, respect, humor, and patience.

The ideal candidate understands child development, connects through play, and is passionate about embracing autonomy. We use gentle guiding, low demand instruction, visual based learning, with a natural learning philosophy. We are patient to allow social, emotional, and academic learning to unfold in unique ways for each individual child, at their own pace. Mosaic Pathways leads with curiosity while guiding students towards independence. We listen to students, ask questions, and explore through curiosity, observation, exploration, and thinking. Rather than administering tests, we provide opportunities for students to explore, connect, create, problem-solve, and demonstrate understanding through individualized strengths: technology, art, writing, presentations, etc..
